Purpose of the Associate Application

If you are an Associate of the Cypress of Raleigh Club, you will use the Associate portal within Oak Tree to request scholarships and individual grants. Upon logging in, you will land on the Associate Dashboard shown below.

Applying for Scholarships and Individual Grants

From the Dashboard, you can access the features available to Associates. Oak Tree supports the submission of five distinct form types:

Associate Scholarship Application: For new applicants requesting funding for personal tuition and mandatory fees.

Dependent Scholarship Application: For new applicants requesting funding for a child or dependent's education.

Associate / Dependent Payment Forms: Submitted after scholarship approval to provide the Acorn Scholarship Fund with tuition payment delivery instructions.

Individual Grant Application: Submitted after scholarship approval to request funds for educational expenses (such as a computer, books, or course fees).

Viewing Existing Forms

The My Forms table in the bottom-right corner summarizes all forms you have created. Select View Form next to any entry to review its contents.

Other Dashboard Capabilities

The header at the top of the page contains two buttons:

• Logout - Press this button to log out of the application.

• Dashboard - Press this button to bring up the Dashboard page.

When finished using Oak Tree, please be sure to log out using the Logout button.  If you do not, you remain logged into the applications.

In the upper left corner of the screen, Oak Tree displays your first and last names.

In the bottom left corner of the screen, Oak Tree lists the number of new alerts and alerts in process.  You can click one of the two buttons below these fields to view alerts you have received and alerts you have sent.
